The Sailor Who Fell from Grace with the Sea (1976)

A sailor named George meets and falls in love with a widow named Anne and her son Jonathan. However, their seemingly idyllic life takes a dark and twisted turn as the boy becomes obsessed with the philosophy of a group called the Sea Power. In an attempt to prove his loyalty to the group, Jonathan carries out a sinister plan that changes the lives of everyone involved.
