The Rocketeer (1991)

In 1930s California, a young pilot named Cliff discovers a jet pack that gives him the ability to fly. He becomes a superhero known as The Rocketeer and must use his newfound powers to stop a group of Nazis who are trying to steal the jet pack for their own nefarious purposes. Along the way, Cliff also becomes involved in a romantic rivalry and faces off against mobsters and spies. With the help of his girlfriend and an eccentric millionaire, Cliff uses his jet pack to save the day and protect his city from evil.
