The Return of Doctor X (1939)

In "The Return of Doctor X," a mad doctor is resurrected and begins performing gruesome experiments. A reporter and a police lieutenant investigate the mysterious occurrences, leading them to a series of murders and a secret reanimation process. The town is in jeopardy as the doctor's experiments become increasingly dangerous.
