In a post-apocalyptic world where the ocean has disappeared, a pilot fights against a tyrannical pirate to bring rain to a drought-stricken land. With the help of a special rainmaking machine, the pilot sets out on a dangerous adventure to restore hope and save her people. Along the way, she encounters a mysterious lighthouse and discovers the secrets of the bottom of the ocean. Will she succeed in her mission and bring water back to her world?
