The Lobster (2015)

In a dystopian near future, single people are taken to The Hotel, where they must find a romantic partner or be transformed into animals. David checks into The Hotel with his brother, who has become a dog. While there, he meets various eccentric characters and forms connections. When David's planned partner turns out to be heartless, he flees to the Woods and joins a group of rebels called the Loners. There, he falls in love with a woman who is eventually blinded by the Loner Leader. David helps her adapt to her new condition and they escape into the city.
