Five young men, Rá, Culebro, Sere, Winny, and Nano, form a fraternal clan on the streets of Medellín. Seeking a place in the world, they embark on a dangerous journey through the Colombian interior to find a piece of land inherited by Rá. Along the way, they encounter both allies and dangers, while also crossing paths with sex workers who provide them with temporary support.
