After his failed attempt at enlisting in the Navy, a man named Mr. Limpet falls into the ocean and magically turns into a fish. With his newfound ability to communicate with sea creatures, he assists the Navy in detecting and thwarting German submarine attacks during World War II. Alongside his fish companion, Mr. Limpet embarks on an underwater adventure full of danger and heroism.
