A mad scientist, Dr. Roger Girard, successfully performs a two-headed transplant on a dog. Encouraged by his success, he seeks funding to continue his controversial experiments. However, his assistant, Ken, becomes increasingly concerned about the ethics of the experiments. As tensions rise, Dr. Girard's wife, Linda, is kidnapped by a murderer and becomes a damsel in distress. Ken must navigate a web of deceit and danger to rescue Linda and stop Dr. Girard's dangerous experiments.
