After being released from prison, a train robber named Bill Miner travels to Canada and attempts to fit into society. He finds a job as a miner but soon realizes that he misses the thrill of his criminal past. Determined to return to his old ways, Miner plans one last train robbery with his new partner and sparks a chase across the Canadian wilderness.
