The Ghosts of Versailles (1992)

Set during the French Revolution, a vengeful ghost, Marie Antoinette, haunts the palace of Versailles. The ghost teams up with the playwright Beaumarchais to help a lovesick ghost, Count Almaviva, win his former lover, Rosina, back. The story takes place during an opera performance at The Metropolitan Opera in New York.
