The Crawling Hand (1963)

A medical student's hand is severed in a space accident and is taken over by an alien. The possessed hand becomes sentient and begins committing murders, leaving behind fingerprints that lead to confusion and suspicion. Meanwhile, a cat mysteriously appears whenever the hand is about to strike. As the killings continue, the medical student becomes the prime suspect, and he must find a way to prove his innocence and stop the evil hand.
