A small group of former classmates organize an elaborate, annual game of tag that requires some to travel all over the country. Hogan, Bob, Randy, Kevin, and Jerry have been playing tag since they were nine years old. This year, they must tag Jerry, who plans to retire after the game. They face various challenges and traps set by Jerry, but eventually, they come up with a plan to tag him on his wedding day. In the end, they all reunite and continue playing the game.
