Stoic (2009)

Stoic follows the lives of three inmates who become cellmates in a prison. As the days pass, they are subjected to verbal, physical, and sexual abuse by their fellow inmates and guards. Facing humiliation, coercion, and violence, the trio must navigate their confined world to survive. However, when a murder disguised as suicide occurs in their jail cell, guilt and betrayal haunt them. Stoic explores the dark underbelly of incarceration and the lengths people will go to in order to protect themselves.
