With the help of therapist Dr. Karen Fletcher, Casey learns more about Kevin's condition and the dangerous identity known as The Beast. The girls fight for survival, facing psychological and physical challenges. Only by saying Kevin's full name can they briefly stop The Beast. In the end, Casey manages to escape, but Kevin's dominant personalities take control, and The Beast becomes unstoppable.
