Sleepstalker (1995)

In Sleepstalker, a serial killer known as the Sandman targets the children of people he has already murdered. A boy named Griffin is the killer's next target, and it is up to a journalist and a detective to protect him. As the killer's reign of terror continues, dark secrets from Griffin's past are revealed, and he must confront his own supernatural powers to survive.
