Sleepless (2001)

In the city of Turin, a deranged killer with insomnia goes on a killing spree, targeting innocent victims. A police detective, haunted by his own suspicions, tries to catch the killer before more lives are lost. As the body count rises, the detective discovers a dark and twisted motive behind the murders.
