He becomes obsessed with Clara, a tenant whom he secretly watches and tries to control. Through various sinister actions, Cesar slowly ruins Clara's life, all while maintaining a friendly and helpful persona to everyone else in the building. As the plot unfolds, tensions rise and the true extent of Cesar's cruelty is revealed. Will Clara be able to escape his clutches or will Cesar's malevolence triumph in the end?
