Skinwalkers (2006)

In 'Skinwalkers,' a 12-year-old boy named Tim is unaware that he is a half-breed with the power to change into a werewolf. A group of werewolves, known as Skinwalkers, seek to capture and use him for their own sinister purposes. With the help of his mother and uncle, Tim must evade the Skinwalkers while also trying to control his own transformation. As his 13th birthday approaches, the stakes become even higher, as the fate of both the human and werewolf worlds hang in the balance.
