Sherlock: Undercover Dog (1994)

Sherlock, a dog with exceptional detective skills, goes undercover as a toy designer to investigate a smuggling ring on Catalina Island. Along the way, he must rescue his kidnapped family and outsmart a gang of cunning criminals.
