Sharper (2023)

Tom, the owner of a used bookstore, falls for Sandra, a woman with a criminal past. After offering to cover her brother's debt, Sandra disappears, causing Tom to have a breakdown. It is revealed that Sandra is a con artist, trained by Max. Max and his lover, Madeline, target billionaire Richard Hobbes. When Richard dies, Madeline inherits his estate but Tom suspects foul play. With the help of Braddock, Tom finds Sandra and confronts Madeline, Max, and Sandra. The true scheme is revealed, and Tom gains control over the money.
