See No Evil (2006)

A group of juvenile delinquents are sent to clean up an abandoned hotel as part of their community service. However, they soon realize that they are not alone as a sadistic psychopath begins hunting them down one by one. With their lives on the line, they must find a way to survive and outsmart their relentless killer.
