92 %After being kicked out of his rock band, Dewey Finn becomes a substitute teacher of an uptight elementary private school, only to try and turn his class into a rock band. Dewey forms a band with his students and helps them embrace their talents and overcome their insecurities. They sneak out of school to audition for a competition and deceive the organizers to let them perform. However, Dewey's true identity is revealed, but he apologizes and leaves. The students decide to perform at the competition on their own, impressing everyone and gaining support from their parents. Dewey continues to coach them and rediscover his passion for rock music.
