In the year 1994, a female police officer with telekinetic powers is killed in the line of duty. A male police officer inherits her powers and uses them to track down a dangerous villainess. As the officer delves deeper into the case, he uncovers a supernatural horror that threatens the city. With the help of his psychic abilities, he must stop the villainess before it's too late.
