Room for Rent (2019)

After the death of her husband, a lonely widow named Joyce decides to rent out a room in her house to make ends meet. She becomes obsessed with her new tenant, Bob, and starts interfering in his life. As Joyce's actions become increasingly bizarre and dangerous, Bob realizes that he is in deep trouble.
