Roald Dahl's Esio Trot is a heartwarming story about Mr. Hoppy, a shy man who secretly loves his neighbor, Mrs. Silver. To win her heart, Mr. Hoppy concocts a plan involving her pet tortoise, Alfie. He starts by pretending to be a specialist in tortoise care, giving Mrs. Silver advice on how to make Alfie grow faster. As Mrs. Silver follows the instructions religiously, little does she know that the tortoise's size isn't really changing. Will Mr. Hoppy's trickery win the love of his life or will he be forever stuck in the friend zone?
