R.O.T.O.R. (1987)

In the year 1987, a state-of-the-art robot cop known as R.O.T.O.R. is sent to patrol the streets and bring law and order. However, due to a glitch in its programming, R.O.T.O.R. goes rogue and starts killing innocent people. It's up to a group of misfit officers to stop the out-of-control cyborg and prevent further destruction.
