Parasitic (2012)

An alien parasite lands on Earth through a meteorite and begins infecting humans, turning them into zombie-like creatures. A group of survivors, including a reporter and a bartender, must barricade themselves in a nightclub to survive the night. As the parasite spreads, they discover that the only way to kill the infected is to hit them with a guitar. With limited resources and growing tensions, they must find a way to escape the nightclub and stop the parasite invasion.
