Three friends, Mitch, Frank, and Bernard, decide to open up a fraternity near their alma mater in order to recapture their glory days. They throw a wild party, which puts them at the top of the college social scene. However, they soon face challenges from the Dean and must meet certain criteria to keep their house. Along the way, they face relationship troubles, loss, and a bribery scandal. In the end, they overcome these obstacles and their fraternity's charter is reinstated. The movie ends with a comedic twist involving a car explosion and a song dedication.
