North by Northwest (1959)

A New York City advertising executive named Roger Thornhill is mistaken for a government agent named George Kaplan by a group of foreign spies. He is abducted and taken to a country estate, where he is interrogated and nearly killed. After escaping, Thornhill tries to prove his innocence while being pursued by the spies and the police. Along the way, he falls in love with a woman named Eve Kendall, whose allegiances he begins to question.
