In the small beach town of Grand Beach, a biker gang known as the Demons terrorizes the community. They target football players, electrocute them, and leave them dead. As the body count rises, the town is gripped with fear, and a police investigation is launched. A group of teenagers, including a football player named Skip, find themselves in the midst of the chaos as they try to uncover the truth and stop the motorcycle killer before it's too late.
