A former mafia enforcer named Santo Romeo and his feisty daughter, Sofia, flee to Milan after their family is killed by old enemies. In an effort to evade their attackers, Santo reveals his true identity as Domenico Franze, a member of the dangerous Sicilian mafia called the 'Ndrangheta. As they navigate through safe houses and evade the police, Santo trains Sofia in the art of revenge. Their plan involves kidnapping the younger son of their rival mafia boss, Don Angelo Lo Bianco, and forcing him to confess to his crimes. The story ends in tragedy as Santo sacrifices himself to protect Sofia and ensure their revenge is complete.
