Mutant Action (1993)

In a future society, mutant twins must navigate a world filled with social issues, terrorism, and police brutality. As they encounter newspaper headlines and newspaper clippings about their exploits, they become entangled in a scheme involving an ex-convict and an heiress. With their unique body deformities and abilities, the twins are both feared and celebrated. As tensions rise and the threat of violence looms, they must confront their own inner demons and decide whether to use their powers for good or evil.
