Mrs. Doubtfire (1993)

After a bitter divorce, an actor disguises himself as a female housekeeper to spend time with his children held in custody by his former wife. He creates the persona of Mrs. Doubtfire and gets hired by his wife as their nanny. Through this, he is able to see his kids every day and be the father figure he couldn't be before. However, keeping up the charade becomes increasingly difficult, and he risks losing everything when his true identity is revealed. In the end, he is able to mend his relationship with his ex-wife and have unlimited access to his children.
