Mindhorn follows the story of Richard Thorncroft, a washed-up actor best known for playing the role of Mindhorn, a detective with a bionic eye that can literally 'see the truth'. When a deranged criminal demands to speak with Mindhorn, Richard finds himself drawn into a real-life murder investigation on the Isle of Man. As he tries to solve the case, Richard must confront his own insecurities and the reality of his fading fame.
