Million Dollar Arm (2014)

In Million Dollar Arm, a sports agent stages a reality TV show and talent search in India to find baseball pitchers. He brings two young Indian men to the United States to train them for professional baseball, but they struggle with the culture shock and the demands of the sport. Through perseverance and hard work, they eventually succeed and sign contracts with Major League Baseball teams.
