When a housemaid in her thirties decides she wants to focus on her vices rather than pay rent, her life takes an unexpected turn. She struggles to find a place to stay while still being able to enjoy her cigarettes and whiskey, leading her to couchsurfing and relying on the kindness of friends. As New Year's Eve approaches, she confronts the reality of her choices and tries to find a balance between her desires and her responsibilities.
