When a scientific experiment goes wrong, an electromagnetic interference creates a metal tornado that wreaks havoc on a small town. As the tornado moves through the area, it destroys everything in its path, causing death and destruction. A police officer and his son must find a way to stop the tornado before it completely destroys their town.
