Maniac Cop 2 (1990)

In 'Maniac Cop 2,' a supernatural serial killer named Matt Cordell goes on a rampage, targeting police officers and leaving a bloody trail. As the New York Police Department tries to apprehend him, they encounter a psychopathic cop hell-bent on revenge.
