In Madhouse, a female teacher celebrates her birthday with a party at a school in Georgia. However, things take a sinister turn when her evil twin sister, a homicidal maniac, seeks revenge. With the help of a skeptical priest and a deaf child who communicates through sign language, they must try to survive the night as they are hunted down by a killer dog and a disturbed person. This movie is a homage to the slasher horror genre, filled with gore and suspense.
