LX 2048 (2020)

In the near future, the world is facing global warming and an increasing mortality rate. In order to escape the harsh reality, people use virtual reality technology to create their own avatars and live in a digital world. In this world, a man named Adam must come to terms with his own mortality when he is diagnosed with a fatal illness. Desperate to live on, Adam decides to clone himself and transfer his consciousness into the clone's body. However, things take a dark turn when his clone rebels and starts to question his own existence. As Adam fights against time and his own creation, he must confront the consequences of his actions and the implications of living in a world where death is no longer permanent.
