Luther: The Fallen Sun (2023)

Brilliant detective Luther breaks out of prison to hunt down sadistic serial killer David Robey, who blackmails and kidnaps his victims. Luther faces obstacles from corrupt police officers and works with the new head of Serious and Serial Crime to track down Robey and save his victims. The investigation leads Luther to a web-based red room where members choose how victims die. Luther and his team uncover Robey's property abroad and travel to his mansion in rural Norway, where they discover his live-streamed torture chamber. After a brutal fight, Luther and his partner escape and Luther chases Robey into a frozen lake, where Robey drowns. Luther recovers from his injuries and is approached by an MI5 official who offers him a job.
