24 %Anna Brady plans to travel to Dublin, Ireland to propose to her boyfriend Jeremy on February 29, leap day, because, according to Irish tradition, a man who receives a marriage proposal on a leap day must accept it. However, her journey takes an unexpected turn when a storm diverts her plane to Wales and she is forced to find alternative transportation. Along the way, she enlists the help of a surly Irish innkeeper named Declan O'Callaghan and they embark on a road trip across the country. As they spend more time together, Anna and Declan develop unexpected feelings for each other. Ultimately, Anna must decide between her original plan of proposing to Jeremy or following her heart and pursuing a relationship with Declan.
