King Kong Lives (1986)

In King Kong Lives, King Kong is brought back to life after being presumed dead. He needs an artificial heart to survive, and the military is determined to capture him for their own purposes. As Kong is being transported to a research facility, he escapes and goes on a rampage. Meanwhile, a female giant gorilla is discovered, and the hope is that she will be a suitable mate for Kong. As the military closes in, a plan is hatched to save Kong's life and reunite him with his new companion.
