In ancient China, a serial killer terrorizes the region by using human skin to make lanterns. The gruesome murders lead to a rivalry between two skilled fighters, who must use their martial arts abilities to stop the killer and seek revenge. Along the way, they encounter kidnapping, prostitution, and a mysterious group of masked swordsmen. Will they be able to defeat the killer and bring justice to the victims?
