Howard, an anthropomorphic duck from another dimension, is accidentally brought to Earth through a laser experiment gone wrong. He befriends a rock band manager and together they uncover a plot by an evil alien to take over the world. With the help of a beautiful female scientist, they must stop the alien and save humanity.
