Highwaymen (2004)

After the death of his wife in a car accident, a widower with a paralyzing injury becomes the target of a sadistic psychopathic killer who enjoys causing chaos and torment. As the killer continues his rampage, the widower must use his wits and prosthetic limb to outsmart his evil assailant and seek revenge for his wife's death.
