Haul Out the Holly (2022)

Emily's manipulative boyfriend steals her apartment and her parents unexpectedly leave her responsible for meeting the holiday decorating HOA requirements. She is harassed by the current HOA president and persuaded to take over a time-consuming parade plan. Despite the challenges, she decides to stay and make the best of the situation. In the end, she falls for the HOA jerk in a typical Hallmark movie fashion.
