After the death of a respected political leader, the city is left wondering who will take his place as Chief Minister. The prominent leader's daughter, Satyapriya, and a mysterious man named Brahma are considered as potential candidates. However, Satyapriya's husband, Dev, has ulterior motives and aims to use the seat of power for his own gain. He frames Brahma in a false case, leading to his imprisonment. While Brahma is in jail, Dev plans to activate a drug racket, but Brahma's trusted aide, Masoom Bhai, foils his plans.
