Get the Gringo (2012)

A career criminal named the Gringo is imprisoned in El Pueblito prison, where he befriends a young boy. Together, they plan to bring down the crime family that runs the prison. With the help of a United States Consulate employee, the Gringo infiltrates the criminal organization and sets up a meeting to kill their leader. In the midst of a shootout and a raid on the prison, the Gringo saves the boy from a liver transplant operation and they escape with the stolen money. In the end, they retire to a peaceful beach.
