Fragtime (2019) follows the story of Misuzu Moritani, a shy and introverted high school girl who discovers that she has the ability to stop time for a few minutes. She uses this power to observe her classmates without being noticed, especially her crush, Haruka Murakami. As Misuzu spends more time using her power, she starts to develop feelings for Haruka. However, she soon realizes that her power has consequences and she must confront her insecurities and fears in order to find happiness.
